Description

This session provides employers with a practical introduction to hiring co-op students. It will cover the co-op process from start to finish, the supports available to employers throughout the placement, and common myths or misconceptions about hiring students. We will also explore the benefits of bringing co-op students into the workplace and provide a general orientation to help employers understand what to expect and how to create a successful placement. The presenters will be from Cambiran College, Collège Boreal, and Laurentian University.
